«Ho preso questo progetto come un’occasione per divertirmi e giocare con la creatività e il simbolismo. Mi sono ispirata alle teste di moro siciliane e al modo in cui Arcimboldo mescolava frutta e verdura per fare i suoi famosi ritratti. Io invece ho usato dolci per creare un grande sorriso, come chiesto dal prompt. Piano piano ho messo insieme il puzzle e ogni dolce ha aggiunto un pezzo al racconto. È stato affascinante vedere come qualcosa di così semplice potesse trasformarsi in una rappresentazione così significativa della dolcezza umana».

About the Project
“I approached this project as a chance to have fun and play with creativity and symbolism. I drew inspiration from Sicilian Teste di moro (Moor’s heads) and the way Arcimboldo blended fruits and vegetables to construct his famous portraits. Instead, I used sweets to shape a wide smile, just as the prompt requested. Piece by piece, the puzzle came together, with each dessert contributing another layer to the story. It was fascinating to see how something so simple could transform into such a meaningful representation of human warmth.”
