«Appena ho letto il brief fornitomi dall’AI mi sono immaginata una scena ricca di dettagli e particolari, fin troppo elaborata e complessa. Ho voluto quindi lavorare un po’ di sottrazione per allontanarmi dall’eccesso visivo che spesso caratterizza le immagini generate dall’AI. Ho scelto una palette di quattro colori che suggeriscano un’atmosfera fantastica e vivace, sempre con l’intenzione di differenziarmi dallo stile barocco e drammatico di molta arte generativa».
L'Artista
Alice Iuri è un’illustratrice e designer editoriale. Negli ultimi anni ha vinto diversi premi di illustrazione e ha collaborato con numerose case editrici e riviste, realizzando ritratti e altri soggetti utilizzando forme geometriche semplici e colori vivaci. Vive e lavora a Milano assieme alla sua adorata cagnolina Ema.
About the Project
“As soon as I read the brief provided by the AI, I envisioned a scene packed with intricate details, overly elaborate and complex. I decided to take a subtractive approach, stripping elements away to distance myself from the visual excess that so often characterizes AI-generated imagery. I selected a four-color palette that evokes a whimsical, lively atmosphere, always with the intent of setting my work apart from the baroque, dramatic style of much generative art.”
The Artist
Alice Iuri is an illustrator and editorial designer based in Milan, where she lives and works alongside her beloved dog, Ema. Over recent years, she has won several illustration awards and collaborated with numerous publishing houses and magazines, crafting portraits and varied subjects through simple geometric shapes and vibrant colors.
